Description

RightReadMD is seeking a dedicated on-site radiologist for a high-compensation 1099 role at a community hospital in Western New York within driving distance of Buffalo. The position pays $900,000 annually with a $50,000 sign-on bonus (contingent on working 2 year contract fulfillment), offering 12 weeks of PTO and a balanced weekend schedule. You’ll work on-site, performing a mix of diagnostic imaging and fluoroscopic procedures. Breast experience is highly preferred. The practice is a small physician-led group that quality reads for the surrounding community.
Position would be for daytime (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) work. Weekend work will be available on a remote basis.
Ability to work more at a daily rate (if available) of $4,200 per day worked.
No overnight call.
Licensing, credentialing, workstation, all provided.

Requirements

ABR Certified or Board Eligible
Active or eligible for New York medical license
Completed radiology residency (breast fellowship preferred)
Experience in fluoroscopic GI studies. Basic breast procedures a plus (US/stereotactic biopsy)
Comfortable reading 60-80 wRVU daily.
