Description

Charlotte Radiology is seeking fellowship-trained Body Imaging radiologists to join our highly subspecialized remote swing shift team. Join one of the nation's largest private practice Body Imaging sections, recognized for its subspecialty expertise, collegial culture, and physician collaboration. This fully remote, partnership-track position offers the opportunity to work during the afternoon and early evening EST (morning and afternoon PST) while interpreting a balanced mix of emergency radiology and advanced outpatient body imaging, including oncologic, thoracic, and abdominopelvic imaging. Candidates will work with an engaged clinician referral base and a strong network of subspecialty colleagues. Start dates are available in 2027 and 2028.

Responsibilities include:

Interpret chest, abdominal, and pelvic imaging studies.
Provide high-quality emergency and outpatient body imaging interpretations.
Participate in oncologic imaging and multidisciplinary conferences through our partnership with Atrium Health and Levine Cancer Institute.

Position Highlights:

100% remote position with practice-provided home workstation.
Typical schedule: 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. EST (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. PST).
No overnight shifts.
Flexible scheduling options, including a traditional schedule with approximately 10 weekends per year and 10 weeks of vacation, 7 on/7 off, or 26 on/26 off models.
Two- or three-year partnership track based on experience.
Partner compensation exceeds the 90th percentile for private practice radiology.
Highly subspecialized and collegial Body Imaging section.
Fully integrated into the practice with daily collaboration among subspecialty radiologists, shared case review, and direct access to colleagues and clinicians.
Approximately 50/50 mix of emergency radiology and advanced outpatient cardiothoracic and abdominopelvic imaging.

Position Requirements:

ABR certified or ABR eligible.
Fellowship training in Body Imaging.
Interest in oncologic imaging and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.
